Popular Indian romantic television series Jhanak debuted in November 2023 on Star Plus. Because of its original material and plot idea, this serial attracted a lot of attention. Disney+ Hotstar, an OTT platform, also offers this series. Magic Moments Picture Productions collaborated with renowned Indian director Leena Ganhopadhyay to design and produce this serial.

Jhanak, a humble girl, is the protagonist of this serial. She managed the entire household and sold flowers from the boats while living in a village with her mother. Her goal was to fulfil her ambition of becoming a journalist. After her mother passed away from cancer, everyone made fun of her and accused her of having abandoned them when her father had departed. Following that, she moved to the city to begin her schooling. She then put in a lot of effort and eventually was hired by a media business. When her friend Ishika wished for her on her 21st birthday, she broke down in tears and expressed how much she missed her mother.
